Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Islamabad (PIMS-FMTI) is a leading Medical Teaching Institute, recently assigned with its autonomous status under the Federal Medical Teaching Institute Act 2021. In order to implement vision of the Federal Government, the Board of Governors is committed to develop the PIMS-FMTI as a state of the Art Medical Teaching Institution at earliest in the best public Interest. The PIMS-FMTI invites Job applications for the following vacant posts on contract basis;

1 Director Material Management
  1. Master Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or Management Sciences.
  2. Ten years experience in the field of Procurement / supply chain or Material management in a reputed organization.
  3. Requisite experience in a leading role with a reputed health sector organization will be preferred.
Maximum age limit: 55 years
2 Manager Facilities Management
  1. Master Degree in Management or MBA
  2. Relevant post qualification experience of six years in a reputed organization.
  3. Preference will be given to the relevant health sector experience in a supervisory role.
Maximum age limit: 50 years
3 Manager Infection Control
  1. Bachelor Degree in Nursing with relevant experience of three years in a reputed tertiary care hospital is required. OR
  2. Nursing Diploma with relevant experience of five years. Relevant experience in a JCI accredited hospital will be preferred.
4 Manager Pharmacy
  1. Phann-D with minimum of Six years' experience as a clinical pharmacist in a tertiary care Hospital is required.
  2. Relevant Experience in a supervisory role will be preferred.
Maximum age limit: 50 years
5 Manager Communications
  1. Master or equivalent Degree (Sixteen years Education) in Mass Communication / Journalism or social sciences.
  2. Minimum Six years relevant Experience of public relations, advocacy and technology based comms platforms is required. Supervisory level experience will be preferred.
Maximum age limit: 50years
6 Manager Security
  1. Retired Armed Forces' officer with a rank of Major/ Lt.Col/ Col. or equivalent. OR
  2. Civilian with a Master Degree and Experience of Managing Security for a large reputed organization for a minimum period of six years.
Maximum age limit: 50 years
7 Assistant Director (HR)
  1. Master or MBA Degree in HRM/HRD.
  2. Minimum Six years' HRM Experience, preferably in a supervisory role at reputed/ tertiary care Hospital.
Maximum age limit: 45 years
8 Human Resource Officer
  1. Master/MBA/BBA (lions) or equivalent Degree in HRM/HRD specialization (Sixteen years Education).
  2. Minimum two years' experience in HRM.
Maximum age limit: 40 years
 

Instructions:

  1. The service of the Incumbent will be governed under the Federal Medical Teaching Institute Act- 2021 and the rules and regulations made as the render for the PIMS-FMTI.
  2. All appointments will be made on contract basis on merit.
  3. Cancellation of the recruitment process / Decrease/ increase in number of posts is discretion of the competent authority.
  4. The candidate will be required to produce original Documents during interview.
  5. No TA/DA is admissible for interview.
