Virtual University of Pakistan invites applications from bright and motivated individuals for the following positions on a contract basis (extendable based on satisfactory performance). Selected candidates shall be placed for duty at the Head Office, Islamabad.

POSITIONS, PAY SCALES & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Director Planning & Development Pay Scale F Qualification: 18 Years of education in Engineering from an HEC recognized University. Additional qualifications like MBA or PMP will be required.
Experience: 10 to 15 years of proven post-qualification experience, preferably in a large organization.
Skills: Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. IT proficiency is a must.
Director Administration Pay Scale C-1 Qualification: 1st Class Master's degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
Experience: 15 years of post-qualification experience in a senior management position in government organizations, semi-government organizations, or universities.
Skills: Must have excellent command over spoken and written English. IT proficiency is a must.
Director Campuses Pay Scale F-3 Qualification: 1st Class Master's degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
Experience: Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in a senior management position in government organizations or universities.
Skills: Must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
General Manager (Professional Development Centre) (Scale not specified) Qualification: Ph.D. in Management Sciences from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Qualification: Minimum 18 Years of MS/MPHIL/MBA or equivalent degree in 1st Division (or 3.0 CGPA) in Engineering, Science, or Technology from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: 8 years of experience in a similar position.

Deputy Registrar Pay Scale E-1 Qualification: Minimum 16 years of Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an HEC recognized University.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

  6. Affidavit: Candidates shall sign an affidavit at the time of application regarding the veracity of the information provided.

  7. Medical Certificate: Candidates shall submit a medical fitness certificate, duly signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner upon joining.

  8. Withholding Rights: Virtual University of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any stage without assigning any reason.
