The NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research (NFC-IEFR), under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites applications for the position of Director. This is a high-level executive and academic leadership role for a tenure of three years.

Concept Paper: A 2–3 page actionable vision for NFC-IEFR focusing on financial sustainability, academic excellence, digital innovation, and global rankings.
Service Record: Total length of service and specific administrative experience.
Academic Output: List of research publications (with impact factors), books, patents, and number of M.Phil/PhD students produced.
Certificates: HEC equivalence for foreign degrees and any professional awards/distinctions.
