CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Karachi Institute of Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation (KIND-R) is a project of Helping Hand for Relief and Development. We invite passionate and qualified individuals to apply for the positions mentioned below. The institute is in Quetta Town Society, near Nasira School, Superhighway, Karachi.

Positions: Director Administration (1) and Director Clinical Services (1)
Employment Type: Contractual (One year extendable)

Position Qualifications & Experience Skills & Competencies
Director Administration Education: Business Administration (MBA), Hospital Administration (MHA), Public Administration (MPA), or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven relevant experience in a senior administrative role, with at least 5 years spent managing a large hospital, healthcare facility, or multi-facility complex of similar scale.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams including maintenance engineers, security personnel, support staff, and fleet staff.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, fire safety codes, biomedical waste management rules, and hospital infection control standards regarding the physical environment.
  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive construction or prevention projects without devoting medical services.
  • Expertise in budget forecasting, inventory control, and cost optimization.
Director Clinical Services Education: MBBS with Specialized qualification in Neurological Diseases and Rehabilitation. In addition, a Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Public Administration will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven relevant experience in a similar leading role, with at least 7 years spent directing a large hospital, healthcare institution, or multi-facility complex of similar scale.
  • Able to lead all operational functions (Clinical), including inpatient and outpatient services, and ancillary clinical services.
  • Proven ability to drive the implementation of new technologies and systems to improve operational performance of clinical services.
  • Able to implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of clinical staff through regular tracking of operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and other core indicators.
  • Expertise in maintaining accreditation and quality certifications through rigorous compliance and preparation for audits.
  • Able to lead the research-based inquiries into unique clinical cases and new initiatives of treatments taken by the clinical staff.
