Job Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Corporate Partnerships & CSR Department

• Manager / Assistant Manager – Corporate Partnerships & CSR

  • Qualification: Master's degree or BS in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) / Mass Communication / Public Relations / Development Studies / Social Sciences or related field from an HEC-recognized university. Must have sound knowledge of SECP CSR laws and tax exemption regulations for donations in Pakistan.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, business development, or fundraising. At least 2 to 3 years of managing key corporate accounts/donors directly. Proven track record of securing corporate funding or cause-related marketing deals.

• Officer / Senior Officer – CSR & Donor Management

  • Qualification: Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, and donor management. At least 2 to 3 years in a mid-level or supervisory role.

2. Marketing & Digital Media

• Assistant Manager / Specialist – Digital Marketing

  • Qualification: Master's degree or BS in Business Administration (MBA-Marketing) / Mass Communication / Media Studies from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and social media management. At least 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role leading digital campaigns.

  • Key Focus Areas: Paid Media, Organic Social Media, Content Strategy, Analytics, Website SEO, and Campaign Management.

• UI/UX & Graphic Designer

  • Qualification: BS/Master's in Computer Science, Design, Media Studies (with Web Design specialization), or Fine Arts with a digital media focus. Certifications as an Adobe Certified Expert or Webflow/Google UI/UX Expert are highly preferred.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional design experience. Must possess a strong portfolio showing design case studies.

3. OT & Supply Chain Operations

• Manager – OT Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Qualification: MBA (Supply Chain / Hospital Management) / BS OT Technology or a relevant qualification.

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience, preferably in tertiary care hospitals managing implant-based inventory. Must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

• OT Coordinator / Supervisor (Implants & Instruments)

  • Qualification: BS in Surgical Technology / OT Technology or a relevant qualification.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably focusing on Orthopaedic Implants, Spine Inventory, Instrument Handling, and OT Coordination. At least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.

4. Finance, Audit & Administration Support

• Audit & Inventory Reconciliation Officer

  • Qualification: MBA Finance / B.Com / ACCA (Partly Qualified) or a relevant degree.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience, preferably in Internal Audit, Inventory Reconciliation, and Healthcare Financial Reporting.

  • Salary: Negotiable.

• Front Desk Officer / Patient Coordinator

  • Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (minimum education from an HEC-recognized institution preferred).

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the front desk/reception operations of tertiary care hospitals.

  • Salary: Negotiable.
