MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION (MTI), DIKHAN

Position Announcement

The Gomal Medical College, Mufti Mehmood Memorial Teaching Hospital, and DHQ Teaching Hospital Dera Ismail Khan (DIKhan) are constituent institutions of MTI DIKhan, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (as amended). The Board of Governors, MTI DIKhan, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following leadership position:

Position Title:

Director Human Resources – MTI DIKhan

Qualifications:

  • Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) / Human Resource Development (HRD) / Master of Public Health (MPH) from a recognized university/institution.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

  • At least 6 years in a leadership role in HRM or as Head of HR Department.

  • Candidates with experience in healthcare HR management will be preferred.

  • Proficiency in HRMIS/HRIS and Microsoft Office tools is essential.

  • Sound knowledge of the MTI Act & Regulations, employment laws, and government service rules.

  • Experience in areas including:

    • Compensation and benefits

    • Organizational development

    • Employee relations

    • Training and development

General Information:

  1. Salary is negotiable, based on qualification and experience.

  2. Selection will be made based on the recommendations of the Selection & Recruitment Committee constituted by the Board of Governors.
