IBA Karachi invites applications for the position of Director Human Resources from dynamic individuals who can direct the vision, strategic planning, growth, operations, and administrative activities of Human Resources Management of IBA Karachi. Director Human Resources is responsible to lead, shape and execute following Human Resources activities:

• Talent Acquisition
• Performance Management
• Organizational Planning & Development
• Human Resources Branding
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Compensation & Benefits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree from a reputable HEC recognized university Valid international certification in HR will be an added advantage.
• 10-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. 4-5 years of experience in a leading HR role preferably in Higher Education Institute / University demonstrating academic HR Management.
