DIRECTOR (HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATION)
Sindh Healthcare Commission (SHCC), a statutory body of Govt. of Sindh, is responsible to improve quality of healthcare services and to ban quackery in all its forms and manifestations in the Province of Sindh. The Commission is looking for suitable candidate for a contractual post
with the following stated eligibility criteria at SHCC Head Office Karachi.
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Maximum 55 Years
Qualification
Masters in Business Administration (MBA), preferably in HR from a well reputed recognized national/international university. (For foreign degree holders, equivalence from HEC would be provided by the candidate).
Experience
At least 15 years experience, out of which 5 years in HR/ Administration/operations in a leadership role at a reputable organization. Experience in Healthcare Sector will be preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Candidate should possess excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and simultaneously deal with diverse stakeholders.
Should have sense of urgency and be able to work under pressure with ease.
The incumbent has also to cater to the operational needs of all the other directorates of SHCC, such as I.T. related issues, procurement, maintaining vehicles fleet, arranging for conferences/ seminars meetings at various locations etc.
Knowledge of Government of Sindh Service Rules, Efficiency and Discipline Rules and Sindh Public Procurement Rules, as amended from time to time.

3. SHCC reserves the right to reject any application without stating any reason.
4. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in test/Interview.
5. Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for test/interview.
