Air University – Director Admin & Support

Position Overview

Air University invites applications for the post of Director Admin & Support at its Main Campus (E-9), Islamabad. Air University is committed to taking academic excellence to new heights, and this role offers an opportunity to lead and manage large-scale administrative operations in a prestigious academic institution.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • MBA / MSc or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized University/Institute, or an equivalent degree from a foreign university of good repute.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience in the following areas:

    • Strategic leadership and overall management of a large administrative workforce.

    • End-to-end procurement management with full PPRA rules compliance, including tendering, vendor management, and contract negotiation.

    • Planning and oversight of repair, maintenance, and infrastructure management.

    • Demand forecasting, supply chain, and cost-effective procurement management.

    • Implementation of energy conservation and sustainable energy management practices.

    • Security management and transport operations oversight.

    • Good understanding of civil engineering principles, construction management, budgeting, and regulatory frameworks in public sector development programs.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 57 years
