For Differently Abled Persons (Persons with Disabilities – PWDs)

Program Overview

The Bank of Khyber is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. As part of this commitment, BoK is offering an exclusive internship program for Differently Abled Persons. This initiative is designed to:

• Unlock individual potential

• Develop key professional and interpersonal skills

• Enhance financial literacy

• Build confidence in a corporate setting

• Promote inclusive workplace practices

• Create long-term career pathways in the banking industry

The internship will span 6 to 8 weeks, with selected candidates placed in various branches and departments of the bank for hands-on learning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Disability Status: Must be a Person with Disability, verified by NADRA or the Social Welfare Department

• Educational Qualification:

  • Must be a fresh graduate or graduating student

  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university

• Maximum Age: 32 years

Stipend

• A reasonable stipend will be offered to selected candidates for the internship duration.
