POSITION VACANT

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is seeking suitable candidates for appointment to the following position on a contract basis.

Position / Billet No. of Post Qualification / Experience
DGM (Ship Planning) 01
  • BE preferably ME in (Mechanical / Marine, Naval Architecture or Industrial or equivalent) from HEC - recognized institution with PEC-registered.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Ship building, project planning, production planning or heavy engineering.
  • Should have sound knowledge of shipbuilding processes, production planning, project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring and modern shipbuilding practices.
  • Candidates hands-on experience with planning and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or other ERP/project planning systems with proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, production schedules, project documentation along with leadership skills will be preferred.
  • Age: Up to 55 years.
