POSITION VACANT

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy General Manager (Human Resources) to join our esteemed shipbuilding industry on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and leading HR functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and overall HR strategy implementation.

POSITION DETAILS

Position/Billet No. of Posts Qualification & Experience
Deputy General Manager (HR) 01 MBA in Human Resources from an HEC recognized and reputed university. Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
    At least 5 years of experience in a Semi-Government or Corporate Organization.
    Must be conversant with relevant HR rules, policies, and laws.
    Thorough knowledge of HR issues in Government / Semi-Government Organizations.
    Age Limit: Up to 45 years (Relaxable for extraordinary candidates).
