The National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) is contributing to the economic development of the country through a robust Transmission & Despatch network, optimal resource utilization, and a rewarding workplace environment.

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, NGC invites applications from energetic, motivated, and competent graduates for the Graduate Internship Program (GIP) 2025–26.

Internship Tenure & Stipend

  • Duration: 1 year (non-extendable under any circumstances)

  • Stipend:

    • Rs. 40,000 per month for BE/BSc Engineering and B.Tech (Honors) candidates

    • Rs. 30,000 per month for DAE candidates

Instructions & General Conditions

  1. Applicants must apply online through the official Application Portal available at:
    www.ntdc.gov.pk/careers

  2. Internship is for one year only and will end automatically after completion.

  3. Stipend will be paid as per degree qualification (details stated above).

  4. Candidates awaiting results are NOT eligible to apply.

  5. Candidates who have already availed a Development Fellow opportunity in any previous NGC/NTDC program are not eligible.

  6. Only candidates belonging to the specified districts are eligible.

  7. Candidates must upload:

    • Degrees/certificates

    • Transcripts

    • PEC registration (for engineers)

    • Domicile

    • CNIC

    • Recent photograph

  8. Only shortlisted candidates will be selected for GIP 2025–26.

  9. Candidates must present original HEC-verified documents when called.

  10. Age will be calculated on the closing date of application; no age relaxation applies.

  11. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected at any stage, even after selection.

  12. Candidates dismissed, debarred, or removed from service on disciplinary grounds are not eligible.

  13. No TA/DA will be provided.

  14. NGC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of positions at any stage.
