Deputy Manager Finance

Key Responsiblities

  1. To manage the financial operations of the canteen to ensure its financial autonomy.
  2. Management of pol icies and procedures.
  3. Financial management and record keeping.
  4. Ensure Canteen operation.
  5. Effective communication.
  6. Budget planning and Stock Management.
  7. Ability to build leadership and teamwork

Qualification

  • MBA Finance
  • 4-5 years experience in relevant field espacially in finance department.

Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ability to manage timely arrangement of supplies of quality goods according to the hospital needs/demands.
  2. Planning and monitoring the procurement functions in collaboration of inventory store department.
  3. Liaison with Finance/Audit in respect to various financial matters of purchases like timely payments to vendors/tax matters etc.
  4. Ensure procurement of all medical equipments as per company SOPs.

Qualification

  • Graduation / Master Degree from a HEC recognized university/institute
  • At least 2 years or more relevant work experience preferably in a similar
