The Government of Pakistan has secured funding from the World Bank under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP). A portion of this financing is intended for hiring the services of an individual consultant for the following role:
Title/Position: Deputy Manager Finance
Qualifications:
CA Finalist or
ACMA/ACCA or
Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
Preferably experienced in financial, administrative, and grants management oversight with international organizations
Proven skills in managing large-scale financial and administrative systems
Previous engagement with senior-level public/private sector stakeholders
Strong logical, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to work independently and lead teams; mentoring and training skills preferred
Interested individual consultants must submit the following:
Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI): Highlighting suitability, skills, and relevant experience
Updated CV: Clearly mentioning qualifications, professional background, similar assignments, and at least two references for background checks
Consultants will be selected based on the Open Competitive Selection method outlined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised Nov 2017 & Aug 2018)
