1. Background

The Government of Pakistan has secured funding from the World Bank under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP). A portion of this financing is intended for hiring the services of an individual consultant for the following role:


2. Position Details

Title/Position: Deputy Manager Finance

Qualifications:

  • CA Finalist or

  • ACMA/ACCA or

  • Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience

  • Preferably experienced in financial, administrative, and grants management oversight with international organizations

  • Proven skills in managing large-scale financial and administrative systems

  • Previous engagement with senior-level public/private sector stakeholders

  • Strong logical, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and analytical capabilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and lead teams; mentoring and training skills preferred

  • Consultants will be selected based on the Open Competitive Selection method outlined in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised Nov 2017 & Aug 2018)
