The National Institute of Banking & Finance (NIBAF) Pakistan is an autonomous institution that provides training, capacity building, and professional development opportunities in various fields of banking and finance across the country.

1. E-Learning Team Lead

Maximum Age: Up to 45 years

Job Description:
The E-Learning Team Lead will play a key role in planning, developing, and managing digital learning programs. Responsibilities include designing e-learning strategies, overseeing content development, ensuring quality standards, and aligning learning solutions with organizational objectives. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience

2. Training Designer – Emerging Technologies

Maximum Age: Up to 35 years

Job Description:
The Training Designer will be responsible for designing and developing training programs focused on emerging technologies. The role involves needs assessment, curriculum development, use of innovative instructional methods, and coordination with academic and professional institutions to deliver modern, technology-driven learning solutions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

• Relevant certifications in technology, digital learning, or instructional design will be an added advantage

4. Assessment Design Associate

Maximum Age: Up to 35 years

Job Description:
This role involves designing, reviewing, and improving assessment tools to ensure alignment with learning objectives and international best practices. Responsibilities include test development, evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and continuous improvement of assessment standards.

• Minimum 15 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

• At least 02 years of relevant professional experience

5. Outreach Officer

Maximum Age: Up to 30 years

Job Description:
The Outreach Officer will serve as a key coordination and communication link between NIBAF and external stakeholders. Duties include organizing outreach activities, coordinating events, managing partnerships, facilitating institutional engagement, and supporting national and international programs.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution

• Relevant experience in coordination, communication, or stakeholder management preferred

• Contract duration is two (02) years, extendable subject to organizational requirements and performance.

• Compensation packages will be market-based.
