Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd Taxila invites applications for the following post on contract basis initially for the period of three (03) years extendable on satisfactory performance.

Post Max Age limit Required Qualification & Experience
Deputy General Manager (HR) 55 years on closing date of advertisement
  • MBA (HR) / MPA from the university recognized by lfigher Education Commission
  • Overall 15 to 20 years post qualification experience including 5-7 years at managerial level in Human Resource Management in Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry with direct reporting to Head of Organization
  • Preference shall be given to candidates having BSc Engineering degree
  • Able to handle employees relationship matters efficiently by leading the negotiations on both operational and strategic perspective including Industrial Relations matters prudently and effectively with additional knowledge of LabourLaws / Rules/ Policies
