Deputy Director (Sales & Marketing)

Airports Security Force Foundation is a well-established set up with mandate to work for the functions business and management related to real estate, housing and planning. This foundation is seeking for a well versant Candidate, who has profound knowledge, understanding and working capability in Sales & Marketing field.

Job Description Category Manaeement

This is a key position who will be responsible for sale & marketing and accountable for all the related matters The said Director will work collaboratively with MD & CEO in delivering its long term vision.

Required Skills Expertise & Education

Qualification
Masters/MBA or equivalent Degree in Marketing or Specialist degree in Professional Advertising/Marketing/Mass Communication.

Core Capabilities

• Should be able to oversee the directorate in accordance with the strategic planning related to businesses.
• Having adequate experience / knowledge in developing lucrative strategies and implementation
• Strong understanding of corporate culture and performance management principles.
• Having the expertise with diverse business functions such as real estate. sales & marketing
• Sound knowledge of day to day business development
• Knowledge of housing Industry, sales & marketing strategies
• Systematic abilities and problem solving/appraising skills.
• Should be able to create environments that help to promote positive self-esteem
• Identity and address problems and opportunities for the business
• Should be able to tackle / handle public / customers & having the capabilities to solve the commercial problems.

Experience:

Having minimum 3x years' experience in real estate business, sales & marketing, management skills, possess expertise to undertake the said responsibilities. The selected candidate will be offered two years contract (extendable). Salary package and other Incentives are negotiable and will be commensuration with the relevant qualification and experience and in line with the market beside other perks and  privileges.
