Position:

Deputy Director Legal (Contracts)

Department:

Legal

Qualifications & Relevant Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and vetting various contracts, including PPP & JV agreements, allotment letters, IMs, regulations, rules, board minutes, and other legal documents.

Handling matters related to commercial and corporate laws.

Engaging in legal research, writing opinions, and performing other related tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Experience Required:

8 years of experience in the relevant legal field.
