Are you a challenge-loving and result-oriented professional? Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB) invites applications for the following positions on a merit basis:

Deputy Director (Law)

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

  • Degree: Professional degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of law practice or working as in-house counsel/legal consultant.
  • Skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree: LLM/Bar-at-Law.
  • Legal Experience:
    • Investment laws and contracts.
    • Commercial finance, EPC, and concession agreements.
    • Regulatory issues in the Energy/Power sector.
    • Corporate, commercial, taxation, and insurance matters.
    • Dispute resolution mechanisms, including ADRS.

Deputy Director (Human Resources)

Qualification/Experience/Skills:

  • Degree: Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of human resource experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills:
    • HR planning & strategies, career development, job analysis, succession planning, recruitment, etc.
    • Knowledge of Organizational Development (OD), HR models, and HR information systems.
    • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
    • Understanding of Labor Laws, disciplinary procedures, and proficiency in MS Office.
