Doctors Invited to Join the Punjab Healthcare Commission

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) aims to promote a culture of quality assurance in healthcare services by developing and enforcing Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) at all healthcare establishments across Punjab.

Applications are invited for the following positions at the Head Office and Regional Offices of PHC on a contract basis.

Available Positions

1. Deputy Director (Operations)

  • Location: Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, DG Khan

  • Contract Type: Contract

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS

    • Postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects / Public Health / Health Management or equivalent

    • Recognized by PM&DC / HEC or relevant authority

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

2. Senior Internal Experts

  • Location: Sargodha, Faisalabad

  • Contract Type: Long-term Contract

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS

    • Postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects / Public Health / Health Management or equivalent

    • Recognized by PM&DC / HEC or relevant authority

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

3. Internal Experts

  • Location: Lahore, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS duly recognized by PM&DC

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience

4. Deputy Director (PMU)

  • Location: Lahore

  • Contract Type: Fixed-term / Short-term (Lump Sum)

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS OR

    • Master’s in Public Health / Health Administration / Business Administration / Public Administration

    • Recognized by PM&DC / HEC or relevant authority

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

5. Assistant Advisor (Inspections)

  • Location: Lahore

  • Contract Type: Fixed-term / Short-term (Lump Sum)

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS

    • Postgraduate degree in Clinical Subjects / Public Health / Health Management or equivalent

    • Recognized by PM&DC / HEC or relevant authority

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

6. Surveyors

  • Location: All Divisional Headquarters of Punjab

  • Qualification:

    • MBBS/BDS from PM&DC recognized institutes

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

  • Deposit the application processing fee:

    • Rs. 2,000/- (Non-refundable) for Sr. #1 to 5

    • Rs. 1,000/- (Non-refundable) for Sr. #6

  • Submit the online application along with a scanned copy of the paid challan form.

Important Instructions

  • Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel and attach a fresh NOC.

  • PHC reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or reject any application without assigning reason.

  • No TA/DA will be admissible.

  • Incomplete or deficient applications will be rejected.
