Our client, a public sector organization engaged in energy planning and operations, invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following position, based in Islamabad:

POSITION DETAILS

Deputy Director (Procurement)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Location: Islamabad

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Qualification

  • Four (04) years Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with academic background in Supply Chain Management, Public Procurement, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 06 years of relevant post-qualification experience in procurement or related functions.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 40 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Deputy Director (Procurement) is a senior managerial position responsible for:

  • Leading and managing public procurement operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with PPRA Ordinance and PPRA Rules, 2004.

  • Managing competitive tendering processes, contract administration, and vendor evaluation.

  • Ensuring procurement activities are transparent, efficient, and value-for-money.
