Sui Southern Gas Company Limited, a leading public sector utility company in Pakistan, is seeking to fill the following specialized positions with qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals who can contribute to the organization’s success:

1. Deputy Chief Manager – Board Secretariat

Job Code: 8459-01
Department: Company Secretariat

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

CA / ACMA with 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience
OR

ACCA / Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Commerce or any related field from an HEC-recognized university with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Board Secretariat

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to Board and General Meetings. This includes:

Issuing notifications for meetings

Managing attendance

Maintaining and storing official records

Circulating minutes of the meetings

2. Manager – Board Secretariat

Job Code: 6460-01
Department: Company Secretariat

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

ACCA / Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Finance, Accounts, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university

At least 4 years of relevant experience in Board Secretariat

Job Summary:
The selected candidate will assist in coordinating Board and General Meeting activities, including:

Sending meeting notifications

Handling attendance records

Ensuring proper documentation and record storage

Distributing minutes of meetings
