Position: Dean of Academics

Multan University of Science and Technology (MUST) invites applications from highly qualified and experienced academic professionals for the position of Dean of Academics. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and advancing the university’s academic vision, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, research, and institutional effectiveness.

Role & Responsibilities

The Dean of Academics will serve as the chief academic leader of the university and will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic leadership to all academic departments and instructional support units

• Ensuring the quality, integrity, and continuous improvement of academic programs

• Promoting innovation, excellence, and best practices in teaching and learning

• Supporting faculty development, scholarly activities, and research initiatives

• Championing student success, academic achievement, and institutional effectiveness

• Aligning academic policies and programs with the university’s mission and strategic goals

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must hold the rank of Associate Professor or Professor

• Proven experience in academic leadership at a university or higher education institution

• Strong administrative, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities
