POSITION VACANT

Health Services Academy (HSA), Islamabad invites applications from Pakistani Nationals to fill the following positions under the PSDP-funded project titled:
"One Health Workforce Development and Coordination – Towards Pandemic Readiness"
These positions are purely on a contract basis.

1. Database Developer / Web Developer (PPS-07)

• Number of Posts: 1

• Quota: Open Merit

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

• Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • PhD in Computer Science, IT, Database Administration, or a related field with 1 year of relevant experience

  • OR Master’s degree with 2 years of experience

  • OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience

• Additional Requirements:

  • Mandatory public sector experience

  • Proficiency in web technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and security best practices

  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control systems (Git) is preferred

2. Research Associate (PPS-05)

• Number of Posts: 4

• Quota: Open Merit

• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years

• Required Qualifications:

  • BS / Master’s / PhD in Public Health, Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Science, or related disciplines

• Preferred Experience:

  • Strong capabilities in research, data analysis, and scientific writing

  • Experience in epidemiology, health policy, or One Health initiatives is desirable

3. Naib Qasid (PPS-02)

• Number of Posts: 1

• Quota: Open Merit

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Middle pass

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Preference given to candidates with Matric qualification and an LTV driving license

4. Sweeper (PPS-01)

• Number of Posts: 1

• Quota: Open Merit

• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years

• Minimum Qualification:

  • Literate

• Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in government offices
