1. Special Communications Organization Qasim Road Rawalpindi is looking for energetic, qualified and experienced staff (Male) to be appointed on contract basis having following qualification and experience:-

Minimum 3-5 years experience in following:-
Core Network Engr (Cisco-
Strong hands-on experience on Cisco/ ZTE/Huawei IOS, XE, XR Devices
•
Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPV4/ IPV6, VPN, LAN, WAN,BGP,MPLS, OSFP and ISIS protocols in large-Scale networks
Core and BRAS)
Proficiency in network simulation and modeling tools (e.g Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE-NG)
Implement router filtering, route redistribution and policy-based routing to control traffic patterns
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting and Switching Protocols like VLANs, STP, Trunks and LACP
Proven experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco BRAS system in large-Scale network environments
Strong Knowledge of broadband access technologies, including DSL, fiber optics, and related protocols (e.g PPPOE. DHCP)
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools for analyzing BRAS performance and traffic patterns
CCNP or equivalent certification in routing and switching also has industry certifications CCNA (RS), CCNP(RS)
Excellent Problem-
solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams and external service providers
