Business Administration or Economics) from an HEC recognized University/ Institution OR 2" class master's degree preferably in HRM, Business Administration or Economics with five years' relevant experience in BPS-16 or equivalent and above in a University/Government or autonomous body.

(BPS-17)		 01 Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or BS/BIT (4-years) with First division from an HEC recognized University/ Institution OR 2' class master's degree in Computer Science/IT or BS/BIT (4-years) with five years' relevant experience in BPS-16 or equivalent and above in a University/Government or autonomous body.
18 Assistant Librarian
(BPS-17)		 01 Master's Degree in Library & Information Sciences in 1' Division from a recognized University/DAI. OR 2' Class MLIS in Library & Information Sciences from an HEC recognized University/DAI with 05 years' experience in the relevant field.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Prescribed Application Forms can be downloaded from the University Website "www.uoch.edu.pk" which must be sent to the Meeting & Record Section University of Chitral along with Original Bank Deposit Slip for (Rs.3000/- for positions at S.No. 01 to 05 and Rs. 2000/- for the remaining positions. Original Bank Receipt for online deposit in BOK IBB Chitral Branch account number 01373001457631 should be attached with the application Form in case of online deposit of fee. The fee is also acceptable in the form of Bank draft in favor of the University of Chitral
  2. Applications with attested copies of all degrees, certificates. diplomas, medals/distinction certificates and year-wise detailed marks certificates, experience certificates, should reach the Meetings & Records Section University of Chitral on or before 28-01-2022 for inland candidates.
  3. Incomplete applications or those received after due date shall not be entertained.
  4. Original documents will have to be produced at the time of interview.
  5. Candidates, working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organizations should apply through proper channel.
  6. Candidates having foreign degrees will be required to produce HEC equivalence certificate.
  7. In GPA system, minimum 3.00 CGPA at the scale of 4.00 will be considered as first division and that between 2.00 and 3.00 will be considered as second division.
  8. The maximum age limit for the positions at S.No. 1-5 is 55 years and that at S.No. 6-18 is 35 years.
  9. No TA/DA shall be admissible during test/interview.
  10. Mailing address along with phone numbers and email address must be clearly mentioned on the form. The University shall issue call letters for test/interview: however, the University shall not be responsible for the late receipt or non-receipt of call letters. Such cases shall be dealt with the concerned Post/Courier Services.
  11. The candidates desirous to apply for more than one position should fill application form for each position separately and submit along with requisite documents and fee slip accordingly.
  12. The University reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel any or all the posts advertised herein without assigning any reason.
  13. Errors and omissions, if any. shall be subject to subsequent rectification by the University.
