Extensive knowledge of construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, EPC, and EPCM-related agreements. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. High level of personal integrity, self-disciplined, and a positive attitude. Be able to work with multi-functional departments/offices and people. Deadline-driven, attention to detail, and able to perform under pressure.

Promote transparent and proactive stakeholder engagement, manage grievance mechanisms, facilitate community meetings, and oversee community development projects to foster positive relationships and sustainable development.

Demonstrated prowess in project engineering, preferably with 7 to 10 years' experience in community- focused initiatives.
Robust knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, and industry standards. Proficiency in
crafting comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and adept use of project management tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
Lead planning and execution of community construction projects, collaborating with teams, crafting BOQs, overseeing procurement, ensuring compliance, conducting on-site visits, engaging stakeholders, and fostering positive relationships.
Graduate Geotechnical Engineer

Bachelor in Geotechnical Engineering/Geological Engineering/Geology or similar

Eagerness to work in the field (design/field experience will be a plus). Must be competent in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Coordinate geotechnical aspects, manage fieldwork, integrate models into mine plans, implement solutions, supervise field teams, assist in report preparation, and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
