DIGITAL COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT (DCD), URAAN PAKISTAN

The Digital Communication Department (DCD), Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Islamabad, invites applications from qualified, energetic, experienced, and motivated individuals for technical positions on a contract basis, as per government rules.

Vacancy Positions

Content Writer Fixed Pay Rs. 75,000/- 01 Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Literature, or a relevant field. Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in content development/writing.
Video Editor Fixed Pay Rs. 75,000/- 01 Bachelor’s/Diploma or equivalent in Film/Video Production, Media, or a related field, or at least 3 years’ experience in video editing and post-production. Must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, with strong skills in color grading, visual effects, and sound design.
Graphic Designer Fixed Pay Rs. 75,000/- 01 Minimum 14 years of education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or a Diploma in Adobe Creative Suite, or at least 3 years’ professional experience with a strong portfolio. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
Animator Fixed Pay Rs. 75,000/- 01 Minimum 14 years of education, preferably in Animation, Visual Effects, AI & Multimedia, or a related Diploma, or at least 3 years’ experience in animation, motion graphics, and AI-based media solutions. Must be proficient in After Effects, Blender, and AI creative tools, with a strong understanding of animation techniques, motion graphics, and AI-generated content.
Digital Media Coordinator Fixed Pay Rs. 125,000/- 01 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist Fixed Pay Rs. 125,000/- 01 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field from an HEC-recognized university with at least 3 years’ experience in SEO, digital marketing, or similar areas.
Research Assistant Fixed Pay Rs. 75,000/- 09 Minimum 14 years of education, preferably in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Social Sciences, Literature, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
