SITUATION VACANT
1.Heavy Industries Taxila Board, Taxila Cantonment invites applications from suitable candidates for the post of "Consultant Budget". Detailed TORs are available on official website i.e.www.hit.gov.pk.
QUALIFICATION: Individual should be qualified in following:-
Minimum qualification Graduation (16 x Years) or equivalent with 1st Division in entire academic career.
Financial Management in Public Sector Organizations.
Management and Financial Accounting.
Financial Analysis of Organizations.
Business Forecasting.
Risk Management.
Other Knowledge/Competencies Required
Procurement and Contract Management (detailed knowledge of Public Procurement Rules will be preferable).
Development of KPIs (Preferable).
Data Analysis and Management.
EXPERIENCE
Person with maximum experience of budgeting matters in Govt/Public Sector Organizations with atleast four years experience at senior management level.
In-depth practical knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Single Account Rules, State Owned Enterprises Act and Public Sector Companies Rules is necessary.
• Practical knowledge of Financial Regulations, General Financial Rules, Military Accounts code and system of Financial control and Budgeting.
Individuals with Budget related experience in Defence Production Establishments/Defence Industry will be preferred.
Job involves extensive coordination with Government Ministries, GHQ, CSMA, FBR and SBP (including LC Opening Banks). Relevant experience will be preferred.
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 53 Years (as on last date of submission of application).
PAY PACKAGE:
Negotiable. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Hiring of consultant will be for a period of three years.
