Job Advertisement 15-Oct-2021 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police Department Peshawar

The applications for the post of Phase 2 police Constable (BPS-07) (Males and females) are welcomed from the new amalgamated tribal districts or sub-divisions of Province Khyber Pukhtunkhwa. The vacancies are offered in the unit SSu (CPEC) of Police department and applications will be submitted by ETEA (educational Testing and Allocation Agency).

Conditions for recruitment:

1. Education: Matric
2. Age: 18 to 25 years (The age limit will not be exceeded from 25 till 31 December 2020 and it will not be less than 18 from 29 October 2021)
3. Height 5 feet 7 inches (for males) and 5 feet 1 inch (for females)
4. Chest 1/2 33*34 (for males)
5. Domicile: New amalgamated tribal districts of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa or sub-divisions
6. Physical Test: 1-mile distance in 07 minutes (for males) and 1 km in 1 minute is required for women.
7. Physical examinations will be conducted in the following cities:
   • Peshawar
   • Malakand
   • Kohat
   • Bannu
   • Dera Ismail Khan

Note: No request for changing the center will be accepted.

1. Written Test: The selected candidates who have fulfilled all the physical requirements and passed the running test are required to pass the written test in the selected districts (All the details are mentioned on the official website and the students are updated about their selection status via SMS). The questions in the wriiten test will be about the matric level English, Urdu, Islamiat (Ethics for non-muslims), Pak Studies, and General knowledge.
2. Additional numbers: All the candidates who have passed the following examinations will be granted additional marks while making merit lists according to the formula given below:
   • Intermediate: 02 number
   • Bachelors degree holder: 01 number
   • Masters degree holder: 01 number
     Note: additional numbers will not be greater than 4.
     Note: 1. According to the government policy, there will be no relaxation in height, age, chest, and education. However, if the students cannot fulfill these requirements, their applications will be rejected.
3. The candiuidates from the new amalgamated tribal districts of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa will be given an age relaxation of almost 3 years.

The procedure of submitting applications:

The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from the date 15 October 2021. The candidates can submit applications from 15 October 2021 to 29 October 2021 at www.etea.edu.pk. After submitting the online form, download or take out the print of the UBL deposit slip via token number. Bring this slip along with Rs.650/. to any UBL Omni agent. This examination fee is not refundable and it is also mentioned on the slip. You will ultimately receive the payment confirmation SMS from OMNI. The candidates should keep the original slip carefully because this bank slip and roll number slip are required during the exam. Do not send the educational certificates or documents to the ETEA office. In case, if ETEA requires the documents of the shortlisted candidates then the photocopies of the attested documents will be submitted after passing the test and the applicants will be informed through SMS.

The candidates will be informed via SMS to download or print the roll no slip for physical and written tests. All the relevant information will be provided on the official website of EATA. The date and centers of the physical or running test will be mentioned on the roll number slip. Remember that ETEA will not send the roll no. slip for the physical or running test by post. If you have changed your sim network or blocked promotion messages, then you won’t be able to view the messages from ETEA. So, enter the number in your form which you are currently using. Moreover, if your mobile remains out of network range for almost 3 hours then the system will expire the message automatically after three hours. Thus, you won’t be able to view the message in this way.

Note: For submitting online applications, the candidates need to submit their educational certificates along with a recent scanned passport size picture. The students have to give their thumb impression for the verification of the application process. It means that the fingerprint of each candidate is scanned through the biometric machine. If the student passes the examination, then he should come to Peshawar for final biometric verification and quality check (Physical test). In case of failing the quality physical test and other relevant exams, the candidates will be declared ineligible. However, if the candidate passes the tests, then he will be invited for final physical measurements and the phsycological interview. The students must have passed these final tests for qualifying in the next step of recruitment (The measurements taken by ETEA will be considered temporary. However, Punjab Police is capable of selecting candidates after proper testing). Mobile phones are prohibited in examination centers. In case of submitting fake documents, punicial proceedings will be done against the candidate. Moreover, the candidates will be declared ineligible permanently for all posts. Selected candidates will be appointed to any unit or district of the police.

The last date for submitting online applications is 29 October 2021. Submit the application along with Rs.650/- examination fee.
