It is hereby informed to the general public that the Market Committee Multan Road, Lahore requires Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff for the Financial Year 2026-27. Therefore, applications are invited from candidates possessing domicile of Punjab Province. The details of the vacancies are as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff will be registered in accordance with the Market Committees Regulations 2026, keeping in view their terms and conditions.

  2. The appointment shall be made strictly on a Work Charge basis (89 days) under the Daily Wages Schedule 2025, which has been approved by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab. The deployment shall be extendable on the basis of good performance.

  3. The recruitment shall be carried out in accordance with the ongoing recruitment policy of the Government and the Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff Policy. This appointment shall be of a temporary nature, and the appointee shall have absolutely no right to regular appointment.

  4. The Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff shall be called during the financial year as per requirement and in accordance with the law.

  5. The selected Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff may be deployed as per requirement at the Market Committee Office, Vegetable and Fruit Market, or any other location.

  6. Candidates having work experience in the Market Committee shall be given preference.

  7. The monthly salary of the Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff shall be paid in accordance with the rates prescribed by the Government.

  8. The Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff shall not be granted leave without prior information.

  9. The competent authority shall have the right to terminate the services of any Work Charge / Contingent Paid Staff at any time.

  10. The Sanitary Worker shall be assigned cleaning and sanitation duties.
