Position Overview: Company Secretary

Ignite is seeking a highly professional and dynamic individual for the role of Company Secretary. The ideal candidate should possess strong credentials, integrity, and a strategic vision aligned with the organization’s mission.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

The candidate must fulfill one of the following educational criteria:

  • Be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or

  • Be a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, or

  • Hold a Master’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or law from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Must meet the Fit and Proper Criteria as defined in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Rules 2023.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit a prescribed Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper.

Terms of Employment

  • Contract Duration: 3 years

  • Extension: Possible, based on satisfactory performance and compliance with applicable laws.

Age Limit

  • The candidate must not be more than 50 years old as of the date of advertisement.

Remuneration

  • A competitive pay package will be offered, aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
