Position Title: Community Investment Officer

Department: Sustainability / Community Development
Location: Nokkundi, Balochistan

Qualifications:

• BS/MS or Master’s degree in:

  • Community Development

  • Social Sciences

  • Economics

  • Public Policy

  • Business Administration

  • Or a closely related field

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Community Development

  • Social Impact Assessment

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

  • Preferably within the mining or development sector

• Proven success in managing and supervising community-focused projects in:

  • Education

  • Health

  • Water

  • Environment

  • Food Security

  • Livelihood

  • Economic Development

Key Competencies and Requirements:

• Proficient in:

  • Grant management

  • Project implementation

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Strong financial skills including:

  • Budgeting

  • Financial analysis for community investments

• Experienced in:

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Conflict resolution

  • ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) best practices

• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural, collaborative environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of community programs in:

  • Education

  • Health

  • Water and sanitation

  • Environment

  • Food security

  • Livelihood and economic empowerment

• Develop Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks

• Manage program budgets and perform financial analysis

• Ensure alignment with:

  • IFC Performance Standards

  • United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs)

  • ESG and CSR standards

• Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards

• Prepare detailed impact assessments and compliance reports

• Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights
