1. Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, costing, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Develop financial analyses, reports, and investment proposals.

  • Enhance financial efficiency and implement best practices.

  • Supervise imports, banking operations, tax matters, insurance, and cash flow management.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit requirements.

  • Perform additional finance-related duties as directed by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience, including minimum 3 years in a senior managerial role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Oracle ERP (Oracle FRP).

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.


2. Manager Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-audit and post-audit processes across the institution.

  • Supervise internal audit team and ensure quality audit execution.

  • Conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations.

  • Prepare, document, and present audit findings to senior leadership.
