Two sets of attested photo copies of all the certificates including Matric, F.Sc, Annual result cards of all the professional examination MBBS, FCPS documents, testimonials, CNIC; domicile and valid registration of PMDC/PMC, two photographs must be submitted in the office of undersigned in addition to online application before the closing date.
  3. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of the Punjab.
  4. Employees of government I semi government I autonomous bodies should apply through their respective departments with NOCs.
  5. Recruitment shall be made according to the existing policy of the Government of the Punjab and all quotas shall apply.
  6. The candidates are advised to bring their original certificates / documents at the time of interview.
  7. The number of posts can be increased / decreased without any information.
