?? 1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Purpose:

The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial, accounting, and regulatory reporting functions of the company. This role includes strategic financial planning, compliance, forecasting, taxation, treasury operations, and investment management. The CFO will serve as a key member of the senior management team and provide financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors (BoD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations, including:

    • General ledger, AP/AR

    • Financial, management, and regulatory reporting

    • Forecasting and budgeting

    • Taxation compliance

    • Treasury and banking operations

  • Facilitate statutory and cost audits.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Interact with auditors, regulators, BoD, and internal stakeholders.

  • Drive financial IT systems optimization and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

Age Limit:

  • Less than 50 years as of the last application date

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of post-qualification relevant experience

  • Preference will be given to candidates from similar roles or one level below, in reputable organizations

Required Skills:

  • Leadership & decision-making

  • Strong financial and accounting knowledge

  • Conflict resolution & corporate affairs

  • Taxation, investment, and strategic planning

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities


?? 2. Head of Information Technology (Head of IT)

Job Purpose:

Lead the organization’s IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Responsible for modernizing IT infrastructure and implementing a scalable ERP system tailored to operational needs. The Head of IT will also ensure cybersecurity, compliance, IT governance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead end-to-end modernization of IT systems and infrastructure.

  • Oversee implementation and optimization of ERP systems (inventory, procurement, production, etc.).

  • Ensure infrastructure resilience and cybersecurity compliance.

  • Conduct IT audits and enforce governance frameworks.

  • Collaborate with senior management to drive digital innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Certifications Preferred:

  • ITIL, COBIT, PMP, CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, or ERP certifications (SAP/Oracle)

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 40 years

Experience:

  • 11–15 years in progressive IT roles

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership capacity (preferably in manufacturing/production)

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in IT strategy, ERP, and governance

  • Strong technical and cybersecurity knowledge

  • Project management, budgeting, and compliance experience

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills


?? 3. Deputy General Manager – Business Development

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth through strategic initiatives, techno-commercial leadership, and client relationship management. Responsible for analyzing markets, leading new product development, and ensuring compliance in domestic and international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and business analysis

  • Lead strategic planning and execution for new business opportunities

  • Oversee customer relationship management and proposal development

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract and compliance adherence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • MBA preferred

Age Limit:

  • 34 to 38 years

Experience:

  • 9–13 years in techno-commercial roles (manufacturing/engineering sectors)

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial position

Required Skills:

  • Strong business development and analytical skills

  • Technical acumen combined with commercial insight

  • Team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and market strategy execution
