1 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 1 55 years Member of a recognized professional accounting body (CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent) - Minimum 15 years in finance & accounting, including 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Experience in public sector desirable
- Strong understanding of public finance management, corporate finance, treasury, financial controls, SECP regulations, audit, taxation, IFRS-based reporting
2 General Manager – Business Development 3 55 years BE in Mining Engineering / BS in Geosciences (Geology or Geophysics) / BBA / MBA / CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA or equivalent from HEC recognized or reputable foreign university - Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Mineral/natural resources sector experience preferred
3 General Manager – Technical & Operations 3 55 years BE in Mining Engineering / Geosciences (Geology or Geophysics) / Metallurgy / Material Sciences or equivalent from HEC recognized or reputable foreign university - Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven experience in mineral exploration & development projects (copper, gold, iron ore, and base metals preferred)
- Public sector or large-scale mining project experience advantageous
4 General Manager – Support Services 1 55 years Minimum 16 years education in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration or equivalent - Professional certifications in HR/management preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience including 5+ years in senior leadership role
- Experience in public sector organization desirable

Terms & Conditions

  • Salary: Market-competitive package

  • Contract Duration: Initial 3 years, extendable by mutual consent based on performance

  • Age: Calculated on the last date for submission of application
