  2. Compliance – Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, corporate regulations, and statutory reporting.

  3. Treasury & Risk Management – Manage treasury, cash flow, and financial risk mitigation.

  4. Strategic Advisory – Provide strategic insights to the Board of Directors for business growth.
