CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Title

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Qualification

  • FCA with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience

  • Foreign qualification in relevant fields will be preferred

Age Limit

  • Up to 50 years

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as:

    • Head of Finance / Chief Finance Officer

    • In real estate development, construction industry, or

    • A large-scale commercial organization / multinational company

Required Skills & Expertise

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in:

  • Financial Planning

  • Treasury Management

  • Budgeting & Strategic Planning

  • Business Planning

  • ERP Solutions

  • Investment Portfolio Management

  • Cash Flow Management

  • Taxation Management

  • Managing multi-billion rupee budgets

  • Strong command over audit practices and financial controls
