Age Limit Maximum 55 Years
Contract Duration Initially 3 years, extendable annually for a maximum of 2 additional years based on performance

Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements

The applicant must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • Academic Background:

    • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution

    • OR be a member of a recognized professional accountancy body.

  • Professional Experience (minimum 10 years):

    • At senior management or C-Level roles in governance, business administration, finance, commerce, marketing, economics, engineering, or other relevant fields in reputable commercial organizations.

    • OR as a CEO or senior management in similar commercially-oriented organizations.

    • OR as a governing body member of a professional institute or department head.
