The Government of Pakistan is seeking a well-qualified, experienced, dynamic, determined, honest, and devoted individual with known integrity for the appointment of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) for a period of three years.

Position Details:

  • Position Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Job Summary: The CEO will perform such powers and functions as may be assigned by the SMEDA Board.

Age, Qualification & Experience:

  • Age Limit: Minimum of 40 years of age.
  • Nationality: Pakistani
  • Qualification: At least a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, HR, Public Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, Finance & Accounts, Law, Social Science, or equivalent from a reputable foreign or HEC-recognized institute/university.
  • Experience: At least 18 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

Term:

  • Contract Duration: 3 years

General Information:

  • Salary & Benefits: Salary and other privileges/benefits will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience as approved by the SMEDA Board according to the MP-I Scale.
  • Application Deadline: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
  • Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
