CEO - FINTECH
As Chief Executive Officer-FinTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and overseeing
the operations of the company. We are looking for leadership in the industry in three years and domination of the FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and establish a digital FinTech organization from scratch, while building on the existing digital products and community, designing processes and fostering a dynamic culture that aligns with our company vision.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation within the FinTech sector
Drive the implementation of new FinTech products, services, and features that address customer needs
and improve user experience • Develop partnerships and alliances to create a digital eco-system and enhance scale and magnitude of
business with pervasive coverage of multiple platform and gateways • Build, lead and mentor a dynamic team of diversified talents, ensuring performance, creativity, and idea
generation to maximize cumulative potential of the team and the business •
Identify emerging market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and enhance customer offerings
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers
Establish performance benchmarks, targets and incentives to drive the team's timely and successful goal attainment
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting and resource allocation for the FinTech division, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency
Education
• Minimum 16 years of education, from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, in a relevant field, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Computer Science.
Experience
• Minimum 14-18 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
• Knowledge or experience of fintech or payments cards industrywill be an added advantage.
Requirements
Proven experience and deep understanding of FinTech trends, technologies, and regulations, with a track record of strategic positioning.
• Preferably, experience of FinTech applications development and launch in the local and/or international market.
Visionary leader capable of identifying market gaps, innovating solutions and executing growth-driven strategies.
Strong financial management skills, making sound decisions to optimize resources and drive profitability.
Proficient in project management methodologies, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project
execution.
Proficient in leveraging technology and data insights to inform product development and enhance user
experiences.
Proven track record in digital product management.
Strong networking skills and relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Age
The candidate should preferably be not more than 50 years of age as of the last date of submission of
application.
