We Are Hiring

Position: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years
Salary Range: PKR 760,500 - PKR 1,462,100

Minimum Qualification:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from an HEC recognized university.

Professional Experience:

  • Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Executive Leadership: At least 3 years in an executive leadership role.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Contract Period: Initial contract for 3 years (extendable if required) with a 6-month probation period.
  2. Management Rights: Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
  4. Disqualification: Candidates will be disqualified if false information is provided.
  5. Age Relaxation: A 5-year relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  6. Medical Requirements: Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  7. NOC Requirement: Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
  8. TADA: No TADA will be admissible.
  9. Degree Verification: Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of the interview; equivalency for foreign degrees must also be submitted.
  10. Diversity Encouragement: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  11. Interview Restrictions: Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smartwatches, etc., will not be allowed during the interview.
