The Government of KPK is cognizant of the importance of Municipal services and its role in the growth of Urban centers. In this regard, the Government under the dynamic leadership of Chief Minister has established water and sanitation services company DlKhan with the sole objective to deliver standard services of the citizens of the area. The Government is all geared up to implement its reform agenda and invest in the province to enhance water and sanitation coverage. We are looking for dynamic professional to fill the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Dera Ismail Khan on contract basis for the period of Three Years.
The Candidate must possess following Qualifications/Experience

Position Qualification Experience
Chief Executive Officer CEO Possess, at least, BS Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) or Master's in Environmental Sciences from a well reputed institute/university recognized by the HEC.
OR
Be a Member of a Recognized body of professional Accountants,
OR
Professional with a postgraduate Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or Finance or Commerce or Marketing or equivalent from any institute recognized by the NEC.
Age: Up to 55 years as on closing date of the advertisement.		 Minimum 12 years post qualification demonstrated / progressive experienceas
  1. A Chief Executive Officer or at Senior ' Management i.e. General Manager / Head of Finance or operations level in Public or Private Sector Organizations preferably in WATSAN / Municipal Services,
    OR
  2. A Head of Department/Senior Level Position in relevant professional areas including Engineering/ Technology, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce or Marketing in significant organization with a commercial orientation,
    OR
  3. Member of governing body of a professional Accountants
 

Pay Package

Pay package will be market based and negotiable depending upon experience and exposure of the candidate.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Interested candidates may apply by downloading application form at http://wssedikhan.org/careers and submit application form along with resume/CV, with duly verified educational documents by the Higher Education Commission (from graduation and onwards) or the professional body or association, whichever is relevant, shall also be provided along with the attested copies of experience certificates/service certificates, training certificates, professional certificates. CNIC, domicile.
  2. The applicant shall submit a declaration on a non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value as per the sample attached in application form.
  3. Government servants are equally eligible to apply for competitive selection through proper channel.
  4. Documents to be sent to the office of the undersigned via registered post/courier only.
  5. Experience mentioned in the application form must be supported with documents i.e. experience certificates & Service certificates (in case of latest job), failing so will lead to be non-consideration of experience for that particular position. No documents will be accepted./changed after closing date. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  6. Equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan to be provided by applicants in case of foreign qualifications till the closing date. In progress degrees/programs/ certificates will not be considered.
  7. All pre-requisite degrees / qualification must be minimum 16 years of education or equivalent, less than 16 years will not be considered.
  8. Relaxation in age will not be admissible.
  9. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  10. WSSC DI Khan reserves the right to stop/cancel the recruitment process without providing any reason.
  11. No forms will be accepted after closing date of application.
  12. Last date for receipt of applications in WSSC DlKhan is 7th January, 2022
