Located at Guddu, District Kashmore (Sindh), with additional plants in Quetta and Suku, CPGCL plays a crucial role in the socio-economic development of the country by ensuring reliable and efficient power generation. CPGCL is seeking high-caliber, energetic, proactive, and result-oriented professionals for the following positions, based at Guddu, District Kashmore, Sindh. These appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and organizational requirements. Competitive salary packages will be offered commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
Oversee mechanical integrity and performance of all rotating and static equipment, including turbines, HRSGs, BOPs, and cooling systems.
Monitor equipment parameters and implement corrective actions when required.
Develop maintenance plans, schedules, and coordinate inspections.
Enforce mechanical codes, NEPRA technical standards, and safety guidelines.
Manage spares, requisitions, and coordinate with stores/procurement.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or BE in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in power plant mechanical maintenance, including 3-6 years in combined cycle plants.
Hands-on experience with turbines, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, compressors, and OEM standards.
Familiarity with outage planning and ERP systems.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years (Relaxation for suitable candidates)
Responsibilities:
Lead all operational, maintenance, technical, and administrative functions of the power plant.
Ensure compliance with plant KPIs such as availability, fuel efficiency, and reliability.
Oversee plant shutdowns, corrective actions, and outages.
Manage emergencies, ensure HSE procedures, and monitor EHS performance.
Provide reports to the CEO and head office.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or BE in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
15-20 years of experience in power generation, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience with CEM (GE/SIEMENS) systems and NEPRA/CPPA regulations.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with NEPRA Grid Codes and synchronization protocols.
Supervise control room and field operations, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead investigations for abnormal conditions, plant trips, and alarms.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in power plant operations, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce HSE policies and safety protocols according to NEPRA, EPA, and ISO standards.
Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk control strategies.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions, implementing corrective actions.
Maintain incident logs and ensure environmental compliance.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Occupational Health & Safety.
At least 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles within a power plant, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sector.
Certified in IOSH 14001/45001.

Responsibilities:
Oversee civil works, including plant buildings, drainage, roads, and water supply systems.
Monitor civil contractors, ensuring quality control and timely completion.
Respond to emergency repairs and ensure adherence to safety and engineering codes.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or BE in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 10 years of experience in civil maintenance and infrastructure management.
At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities:
Manage electrical and instrumentation systems, including generators, switchgear, protection systems, and DCS.
Develop maintenance strategies and lead planning for major outages.
Oversee testing, calibration, and relay coordination.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc. or BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in E&I operations in power plants.
At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years (Relaxation for suitable candidates)
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing official correspondence and reports.
Maintain and update employee records and HR forms.
Coordinate office supply inventories and ensure timely dispatch of letters.
Assist in organizing meetings and events.
Qualification & Experience:
Intermediate or Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
2-3 years of experience in office/clerical work, preferably in HR/Admin.
