Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
1. Chairman
- A qualified professional known for integrity and eminence.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a relevant field such as law, business, engineering, finance, accounting, or economics.
- Preferably has sound knowledge and work experience in the electric power services business.
- Tenure: Appointed for a 4-year term.
2. Member Technical & Development
- Holds an engineering degree in electricity, energy, or power.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the electrical and power services business.
- Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.
3. Member Finance & Policy
- Holds a degree in economics, finance, or chartered accountancy.
- A professional of known integrity and eminence.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate finance, chartered accountancy, or electric power services.
- Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.
4. Member Legal & Corporate
- Holds a law degree with a specialization in corporate and commercial law.
- A professional of known integrity and eminence.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate law.
- Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.
Other Terms and Conditions
- Domicile Requirement: Applicants for all member positions must be domiciled in Sindh.
- Age Limit: The upper age limit for all positions is 60 years.
