CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) – VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

A leading technical and engineering company located in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region invites applications from dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This is a contract-based role for 2 years, extendable based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Chemical, or related disciplines).

  • Preferably supplemented with a degree in Management or Business Administration.

Experience:

  • At least 20 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years at C-level, preferably as CEO, COO, or Head of a large organization.

  • Proven experience in:

    • Leading organizational transformation and business turnarounds.

    • Managing operations across public and private sector stakeholders.

    • Developing and executing business growth strategies.

    • Handling complex value chains and overcoming operational bottlenecks through smart and strategic solutions.

    • Overseeing engineering operations, manufacturing units, and technology-driven projects.

    • Project management, joint ventures, and contract negotiations.

  • Ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
