Available Positions (Details):

1. Campus Directors (Tenure: 4 Years)

Campuses: Abbottabad, Attock, Lahore, Sahiwal, Vehari, and Wah

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: PhD from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • At least 15 years of national or international experience in academic, research, or management leadership roles.

  • Proven record of research, publications, and administrative governance.

• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years on the closing date for application submission.

Other Requirements:

• Candidates applying for Campus Director must also submit a self-assessment proforma (mandatory) and the first page of published research articles along with the application dossier.

2. Registrar (Tenure: 3 Years)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  • PhD from an HEC-recognized university, OR

  • First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • 15 years’ relevant experience (BPS-17 or above) in higher education or other national/international organizations, with at least 10 years in academic administrative positions,
    OR

  • 18 years’ relevant experience (BPS-17 or above), with at least 10 years in academic administration or examination departments of a university.

• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years on the closing date.

3. Controller of Examinations (Tenure: 3 Years)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  • PhD from an HEC-recognized institution, OR

  • First Division (2.5 CGPA) MBA/MS/M.Phil. (18 years of education) in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Experience:

  • 15 years’ relevant experience (BPS-17 or above) in higher education or other national/international organizations, with at least 10 years in academic administrative/examination positions,
    OR

  • 18 years’ relevant experience (BPS-17 or above) with at least 10 years in academic administration or examination departments of a university.

• Age Limit: Not more than 65 years on the closing date.

1. Download Application Form:

2. Application Dossier:
   Submit three (03) complete sets of the application dossier in hardbound form, containing:

   • Duly filled prescribed application form

   • Attested copies of educational degrees/certificates/testimonials

   • Experience certificates

   • Recent photograph

   • (For Campus Director only): First page of published research articles and self-assessment proforma

3. Processing Fee:
   Attach a Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) for each application, in favor of “COMSATS University Islamabad.”

4. Submission Deadline:
   Applications must reach the address below by 18th November 2025.

5. Multiple Applications:
   Candidates applying for more than one Campus Director position must submit separate application dossiers (03 sets each), with separate pay orders/drafts.

6. Government Employees:
   Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government Organizations should apply through proper channel.

7. Previously Applied Candidates:
   Applicants who have already applied for the positions of Registrar or Controller of Examinations (advertised on 17th November 2024) need not reapply. Their applications will be considered under the current advertisement.
