NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) invites applications from highly skilled, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following position:


Position Details

Call Center Agent

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Maximum Age: 28 years (5 years age relaxation already included)

  • Location: Islamabad


Educational Qualification

  • Graduation from a recognized and reputable university


Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred

  • Experience in:

    • Handling billing inquiries

    • Troubleshooting issues

    • Providing technical support
      will be considered a strong advantage


Skills & Competencies

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective problem-solving abilities

Customer Support & Complaint Handling

  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries through phone calls and emails

  • Active listening to understand customer needs and resolve concerns efficiently

  • Demonstrating empathy and patience, even in challenging situations, to ensure customer satisfaction

Service Improvement

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of improved customer service protocols

  • Contributing to a reduction in monthly customer complaints

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and VICIDIAL / Call Center applications

  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing multiple calls or customer queries simultaneously


Additional Information

  • This position requires shift-based work to provide 24/7 customer support


Terms & Conditions

  1. The selected candidate will be hired initially on a 3-year contract, extendable if required

  2. 6-month probation period will apply

  3. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason

  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

  5. Any candidate providing false or misleading information will be disqualified

  6. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates

  7. Candidates currently serving in Government / Semi-Government organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible

  9. HEC-attested degrees must be produced at the time of interview

  10. Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply
